RockTape - Kinesiology Tape Instruction - General Flexor

In this video we detail the steps on applying RockTape Kinesiology Tape. This application can reduce pain associated with flexing the wrist.

Start with our standard 2 inch tape and measure from just below the wrist to about mid-forearm. Measure a second strip about 4 to 6 inches in length. Round the tape’s corners to avoid catching on gear or clothing.

Palm facing up, stretch the skin by extending your wrist and elbow, fingers down. With the first strip, tear an end then anchor just below the wrist. Pull away the release paper, taping over the forearm with no stretch.

For the second strip, tear the center of the release paper to expose the adhesive. With slight stretch, apply to the painful area perpendicular to the first strip. Lay down the ends with no stretch, rub to activate the adhesive.
