RockTape - Kinesiology Tape Instruction - Triceps

In this video we detail the steps on applying RockTape Kinesiology Tape to the triceps. This application can reduce pain and inflammation in the area.

Start with our standard 2 inch tape and measure from elbow to shoulder. Measure a second strip from one side of the triceps to the other. Round the tape’s corners to avoid catching on gear or clothing. Stretch the skin by touching hand to top of the opposite shoulder. With the first strip, tear an end then anchor just above the elbow, strip facing up. Pull away the release paper, taping over the triceps with no stretch.

For the second strip, tear the center of the release paper to expose the adhesive. Then, with some stretch, apply to the painful area perpendicular to the previous strip. Lay down the ends with no stretch and rub to activate the adhesive.
