RockBalls – Upper Back (T-Spine) (Prone)

Annie Sakamoto demonstrates a technique used to help mobilize using the larger textured ball to focus on the upper back (t-spine).

This technique will help add stability to the spine as well as increase mobility in the shoulder. :

1. Scan to find a tight/tender area

2. Release tightness by rolling and holding over the target

3. Move through comfortable range of motion
