RockTape - Kinesiology Tape Instruction - Forearm Spiral
In this video we detail the steps for applying RockTape Kinesiology Tape with a spiral technique. A forearm spiral is an effective way to reduce arm pump and promote posture.
Starting with our standard 2 inch tape and measure from the palm at the base of the thumb, wrapping once around the forearm.
Round the tape’s corners to avoid catching on gear or clothing.
Stretch the skin by holding the arm up, with the palm facing up.
Anchor the tape to the palm at the base of the thumb, tape facing out. Pull away the release paper, wrapping once around the forearm. Rub to activate the adhesive.
There are two main points of contact: first, across the wrist and second, at the front-side of the forearm.
