Rocktape - RockBalls - Pectoral (Standing)
Annie Sakamoto demonstrating a technique used to help mobilize using the RockTape RockBalls. In this video, she uses the bigger, textured ball to focus on the pectoral muscles and uses a rig to give her more options with range of motion.
This technique will help add stability to the spine as well as increase mobility in the shoulder. :
1. Scan to find a tight/tender area
2. Release tightness by rolling and holding over the target
3. Move through comfortable range of motion
