Rocktape - RockBalls - Latissimus Dorsi
Annie Sakamoto demonstrates a technique used to help mobilize using the RockTape RockBalls. In this video, she uses the bigger, textured ball to focus on the latissimus dorsi.
This technique will help add stability to the spine as well as increase mobility in the shoulder. Pin and Stretch Technique:
1. Scan to find a tight/tender area
2. Release tightness by rolling and holding over the target
3. Move through comfortable range of motion
